In our sessions, I will help you develop goals to help you live your best life. My approach blends humor with compassion. I offer 45 minute to 90 minute sessions depending on your needs and insurance coverage.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Be Present

Mindfulness Meditation has been shown to lower the body's stress response, and ultimately can help lower cortisol levels in the blood, leading to overall better emotional and physical well-being. It is effective for helping treat anxiety, depression, PTSD and many more conditions.

PSYCHOEDUCATION

Learn

I love to learn, and therefore I love to teach! In our sessions, I will educate you about how certain diagnoses can effect the brain and body, and how certain coping skills, like diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation can help you feel better.
